Shipping and Exchange
Your order will be queued for delivery after the payment confirmation is complete. Orders will be processed and shipped during office working days (Monday though Friday, excluding national holidays and national leave days).
For shipping we are partnered with SiCepat courier service, and generally the tracking number will be generated the day after (maximum of 36 hours after the package is picked-up at our warehouse).
We do not accept returns and refunds with any reason, except for defective items. Please do make sure to double check your order before checking out.
We offer a free-of-charge, one-time only exchange for items that have sizing options. Terms and conditions listed below:
- Exchange request must be made within 3 days of package arrival
- Items must still be in perfect condition (unwashed, all tags and packaging intact)
- We can only exchange the size of the item for you, provided the stock is still available
- We do not accept exchange for: design and colors.
- Shop at MuKu has the right to not process the exchange if the item arrived back at our warehouse with indication that it has been used/washed, missing its tags, or damaged.
- Customers will need to pay the shipping fee for the exchange (same amount as the amount paid during order). The bill can be slipped inside the package or via bank transfer. Please confirm with our admin for assistance and further information.
